Wednesday, November 19 urghhhhhhhh. i seriously hate today's training. well, actually its only during the hall part. we had to do sprints like dogs,do 4 sets and the last person would have to do 40 pushups. how cool is that yo ? believe me you'll love it. heh. wanna know something gross ? i vomitted in front of Soon. haha ! he ah go open the wrong door for what. dahh tak boleh tahan abeh bukak salah pintu. hahah. kay dah gross. & im not the only one seh ! asraf was also not feeling well. but he didn't vomit. heh. but the good thing is that we get to miss the training in the hall. heeh. training on the field was okay. and zul definitely played better as a striker instead of right wing. good job doks. kay ah wanna cook food ah never eat the whole day. peace. :D |
